Q:- How do I send my event info?
Before submitting your payment, there will be a detailed form that will provide our designers with exactly what we need to make your design pop.
Q:- Should I email you Photos and Logos for my project?
Have images, fonts or logos you want us to specifically use? We have a spot on the form that allows you to upload any images and files that will help us stay on brand and also reach your vision.
Q:- What's the turnaround time?
The standard turnaround times for designs are 72 hours.
Q:- What if I need changes?
Each design request includes 2 rounds of edits for free. Then $15 per round of edits.
Q:- Can I request a rush order?
Need your order faster than 72 hours? We can handle that. We offer 24 hour turnaround for an additional $50 fee.
Q:- What if I need the Instagram Story format also?
Want to promote your event flyer on instagram/facebook/snapchat stories?? We got you. We offer the story format option as an add-on. Just Click yes to “instagram story format” on the detailed event form.
Q:- Are there any refunds?
Yes. We offer a 100% money back guarantee if we don’t complete your order within the time we guaranteed. We offer 75% back If you cancel your order within 36 hours. Your order cannot be refunded after 36 hours.
Q:- Who are the designers?
We have a very small team of handpicked, highly talented graphic designers. Led by owner, and head designer, Darius Roberson.
Q:- What programs do you design in?
Although we are well versed in a variety of design software, we like to use a combination of Photoshop and Illustrator from the Adobe Creative suite.
Q:- Can I have the Photoshop file to my design?
We apologize but we don’t not provide the original raw photoshop files to our customers. The end result will be delivered as JPG and or PNG. If any changes are required, they must be requested through our system and we will provide new & edited files.
